St. Paul Westlake is a Lutheran church and school with a rich history of making and teaching disciples for Christ. Since 1865, we have been a pillar of hope and education in Westlake. Numerous generations of families have become members of the church, had children baptized in the church and educated in the school. Those children returned to be married in the church and start their own St. Paul legacy. Many of our educators have taught parents and then their children. Indeed, God has blessed St. Paul with generations of families and opportunities.

Our church personnel serves the church and school with ministry, administration, human resources, marketing, accounting and facility services and resources. Our pre-3 through 8th grade school serves approximately 200 students annually. We provide one class for each grade thereby allowing small and personalized education. When needed, intervention focus may also be provided. Additionally, our school offers competitive sports, music, art, STEAM, digital technology, and various afterschool clubs.

We are a non-profit offering ‘called’ and non-contractual positions. Benefits are available. Positions for the school typically start in August but may be offered at any time. Church positions may be offered at any time as well. We accept applications at anytime and retain them on file for 12 months. If you would like to submit your resume, click here.
